Click & Collect (The 'Collection' shipping option)

If you do not wish to use the secure Worldpay online payment option there is the 'Click & Collect' option you can use to pay for your items. Once you have completed your online shopping you will be asked how you wish to pay for your goods. You will be given a series of options choose the 'Collection' option:-

• Click & Collect (order online then bring cash or payment card to our shop in Fulham) - When you select the 'Collection' option at the checkout, your order will be completed and saved on our system. You must then come into the store with your order reference to pay and collect your order. A contact number must be provided so we can contact you once your order is placed to confirm items are in stock and arrange a suitable collection day and time for you. Without a valid contact number the items on your order will not be reserved for you. If you still wish to have the items you have purchased delivered to you, we can arrange for delivery at the time you pay for your items. (Standard Delivery 3-5 working days £7 / Next Day Delivery - order before 12pm £14) Please note some items are subject to an heavy item surcharge.
